OPS No. T4156 is for the supervision of construction services of Contract No. T100.740, Bridge Repairs and Resurfacing, Milepost 92 to 122 and the Newark Bay-Hudson County Extension (2026), which involves: implementation of lane shifts or traffic detours; bridge deck reconstruction; replacing isolated deteriorated concrete bridge deck panels; hydrodemolition and partial depth overlay; repairing concrete deck and roadway spalls; repairing and reconstructing deck joints; repairing headers and approach slabs; removing asphalt; placing new membrane waterproofing; resurfacing approach roadways and bridge decks; reconstructing approach shoulder pavement; repairing sidewalk, parapet and curb surfaces; bridge railing repairs and replacement; structural steel repairs; bearing repairs and replacement; temporary stringer and overhang support; substructure spall repair; substructure waterproofing; cleaning and repairing existing drainage facilities; miscellaneous electrical work; pavement striping changes; emergency and routine repairs under cost plus compensation; maintenance and protection of traffic measures; and other incidental work on various structures of the New Jersey Turnpike from Milepost 92 to 122 and the Newark-Bay Hudson County Extension in Middlesex, Union, Essex, Hudson, and Bergen Counties, New Jersey.
