OPS No. T4060 and OPS No. T4063 – shall provide Supervision of Construction Services for Contract No. T200.676, Roadway Resurfacing, Milepost 0 to 83, Section 9 (2026) and Contract No. T200.681, Roadway Resurfacing, Milepost 83 to 122, Section 12 and 13 (2026) respectively. These contracts involve pavement removal and resurfacing with warm mix asphalt surface course pavement along the Turnpike mainline roadways, ramps, shoulders, U-turns, toll plazas and other incidental work at various locations (see Attachment B). In accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:9-2.8(b) procurement for these Orders for Professional Services (“OPS”) is considered Simple. It is the Authority’s intent to engage the services of two (2) firms through this multi-project solicitation, one for OPS No. T4060 and one for OPS No. T4063.
