1. Ensuring substitute staff meet all the legal requirements to work in the Roselle Public Schools 2. Making records pertaining to substitute staff's eligibility to work in the Roselle Public Schools, including substitute teaching licenses, criminal background checks, etc., available to the Administration for review prior to any individual's placement in a substitute position 3. Ensuring substitute staff members are of high quality and meet the District's expectations for instruction, supervision of students, or any other responsibility that the substitute position may call for 4. Working with administration to ensure placement of substitute staff is appropriate and addressing staffing issues efficiently and effectively 5. Providing an online platform that matches full-time staff vacancies with appropriate substitute staffing 6. Ensuring full-time staff vacancies are filled by an appropriate substitute staff person without exception 7. Administrating the payroll of substitute staff and invoicing the District for services in an accurate and timely manner
