ADVERTISEMENT FOR INVITATION TO BID-LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Business Office of the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission (MOESC), Attention: Kathleen Mandeville, School Business Administrator/Board Secretary for: Project Description: Bid # T-16-03 Student Transportation Services 2015-2016 Locations: MOESC locations, member and participating school districts and non-public schools in New Jersey, including transportation The bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the opening at MOESC Transportation Office, 100 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712, on July 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. The Invitation to Bid, Bid Specifications, Route Descriptions and School Calendars ("Bid Documents"), as approved by MOESC for the Project are on file at the MOESC Transportation Office, 100 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls, New Jersey 07712, copies of which may be obtained by prospective bidders by (a) free download from the moesc.org website or (b) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Bids shall be fully and completely made on MOESC's Proposal Forms as required by the Bid Documents. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed, opaque envelope prominently bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the Project on the outside; addressed to MOESC Transportation Office, 100 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls, New Jersey 07712; shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers or certified check made payable to "MOESC" in an amount of five percent (5%) of the annual contract cost, but in no case shall the bid bond, cashiers or certified check exceed $20,000; and shall be delivered by any means before the date and time set forth above. No bids shall be received or accepted after the date and time set forth above. MOESC reserves the right to waive any informality in a submitted bid or to reject any and all bids.
