Specifications include, but are not limited to: Uniformed security personnel to provide security for (12) separate credential checking stations for 12PM, Friday June 10, 2022 until 12PM Sunday, June 12, 2022, on a 24 hour continual basis.; · Firm provides supervision of its staff to liaison with Campus Police and Conference & Event Services.; · A financial pro-forma to outline costs to provide these services.; POST INSTRUCTIONS: a. Security Officers will be stationed at/near the front entrance of residence halls to ensure only authorized persons enter.; b. Security Officers will concentrate their activities on those entering the building from the main entrance.; c. Security Officers shall maintain a professional distance between themselves and the athletes. Fraternization and unnecessary conversations with the athletes are to be avoided.; d. When greeting a visitor, athlete or member of the public, officers should show a pleasant welcoming attitude.; e. At the beginning of their shift, officers should review the information folder left at their post, which includes information about the campus, location and schedule of activities, fire pull stations in the building, and housing roster information. Officers should be able to answer any questions related to this information if someone approaches for directions.
