The Roselle Board of Education is requesting qualifications for Paraprofessional/Speech/Nursing/PT/OT /RBT/ ABA therapists/Behaviorists . The following are the minimum threshold requirements for persons and/or firms to be considered for Paraprofessional/Speech/Nursing/PT/OT /RBT/ ABA therapists/Behaviorists/ CST: ● Provide sufficient, competent, reliable, and as required properly; licensed and certified personnel to provide adequate and satisfactory services under the contract; ● Provide staff positions for grades Pre-k -12th grade ● Require all staff be fingerprinted prior to accepting assignments; ● Conduct criminal background checks and verification that the staff does not appear on any Sex offender Registry prior to accepting the assignment ● Must provide automated reporting/ billing system, daily staff coverage, as well as key contact persons and back-up contact person; ● Complete assessments if applicable ● In cases where special licenses or accreditations or certification are required by State, Federal and/or local law, statute, regulations, or District policy, contractors are required to provide a copy upon request to the District. ● Provide professional development opportunities to the contracted staff at no cost to the District
