Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of these specifications to secure a high-quality health care delivery system for the Somerset County Adult Correctional Facility. The goals and objectives of the contract are: • To provide clinically necessary medical, dental and social services to all incarcerated person(s)s. • To deliver services in a manner consistent with community standards as well as with applicable New Jersey State statues, federal laws and constitutional requirements. • To comply with professional standards and accreditation guidelines. • To establish reports and other mechanisms to ensure accountability for services and staffing provided. • To maintain documentation of services provided that is accurate, complete, thorough and comprehensive. • To maintain staffing levels within prescribed guidelines and patterns identified in this proposal. • To provide appropriately credentialed and licensed/certified/registered health and mental health professionals and staff. • To work cooperatively and collaboratively with the County toward quality health care
