Services shall include snow removal from all parking areas and driveways, sidewalks, building entrances and exits, handicap ramps, courtyards, patio areas, loading dock areas, exterior steps and parking garage stair towers on an as-needed basis for the duration of the contract. 3.3 The treatment of a deicer shall be applied to all concrete areas as needed. 3.4 Deicer to be used shall be Calcium Chloride Pellets. Sand and/or rock salt are not permitted to be used. 3.5 The Contractor shall bring all equipment and deicing materials to the site when snow removal and deicing services are provided.
