Specifications include, but are not limited to:Snow plowing of the parking lots, parking deck and roads using the proper mobile equipment capable of clearing the designated areas as outlined on the attached map shall be performed by Contractor without losing any designated parking spaces throughout the campus.Sidewalks adjacent to Parking Lots B and G at the Main Campus are considered part of each parking lot and need to be cleared of snow before plowing the remainder of parking lot. Snow is not to be plowed onto any College walkways at any campus and, if done, the Contractor will be required to remove snow immediately. In addition to the Main Campus in Paramus, Contractor must also include in the base bid the Phillip J. Ciarco Learning Center at 355 Main Street, Hackensack, NJ and Bergen at the Meadowlands at 1280 Wall Street, Lyndhurst, NJ to include entrance roadways, parking lots and all sidewalks. Each of these locations has secondary parking lots. The second lot in Hackensack is at corner of Camden and State Streets (51 spaces) and second lot in Lyndhurst is at 1099 Wall St (300 spaces painted with yellow lines). Contractor must provide a bid for all three campuses, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder based on the lowest total for all three campuses.
