1. Plan and organize shuttle schedule, routes, and timing of busses 2. Oversee the usage, return, and condition of all bikes and racks 3. Serve as point of contact for riders with questions regarding usage, ON Bike Application software, and general questions 4. Ensure all bikes are properly tracked 5. Ensure all riders are registered through the ON Bike Application to prevent damages and theft 6. Serve as point of contact with ON Bike for maintenance requests 7. Serve as the point of contact for the bus operator on routine operations questions. 8. Assess route efficiencies and modify stops and hours 9. Assess Route efficiencies for holiday periods 10. Shuttle schedule publicity: Responsible for providing schedules accessibility to the Passaic community via means including a webpage, shuttle hotline 11. Service as a liaison between the community and the PEZDC in providing feedback from riders 12. Inform the public of changes in schedule in emergencies such as flooding, snow storms, road repairs, an inoperability of shuttle vehicles
