The successful proposal will ensure that the SWEP Summer Programming for high school students ages 14-18 will provide interactive programming and equal access to participation for the student residents of the City of East Orange. The program will run for 6 weeks 20 hours per week beginning Monday June 23- Friday August 1. 2025. The following prerequisites must be included: • Demonstrate experience in the creation, operations, and/or management of youth programming including teaching new skills, training, mentorship, and facilitation of youth peer led programs. • The programming for youth must include but not limited to entrepreneurship, cosmetology, barbering, graphic design, mental health and wellness, social justice and law advocacy, public health research, and film production. • Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience successfully creating operating and managing youth educational programs and delivering relevant services of a similar type and scope as described in these specifications.
