Specifications include, but are not limited to: the therapist shall have the responsibility of providing therapy for the 2015-2016 school year that may include direct services, consultation and evaluation services as determined by district need. The district is seeking an hourly cost proposal to include by not limited to all of the following service: 1. Employees who are appropriately licensed and certified in the State of New Jersey for such services and hold a valid NJ educational services certificate in accordance with the requirements of NJSA 18A:26-1et. Seq. and 27-2 2. Provide pre referral consultation by reviewing initial referral information and requests observing the student in the classroom, reviewing the student's educational history and identifying the need for and/or requesting supplementary information through appropriate channels. 3. Participate in the evaluation of students who may need special education programs and /or related services consistent with NJAC6A:14-3.3.
