Specifications include, but are not limited to: NJ TRANSIT is requesting firms to submit Special Prequalification for the Final Design, Construction and Commissioning of the General Office Building (GOB) Surface Parking Lot located in Maplewood Township, Essex County, New Jersey. Prospective Bidders must be Specially Prequalified by NJ TRANSIT in order to submit a bid for IFB No. 21-011X. The work under this Invitation for Bid generally includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing parking deck and design of a paved surface lot which shall take place within the footprint of the existing deck. Surface lot will include, but is not limited to,lighting, drainage, fencing, striping, access control equipment, security cameras, and electric vehicle chargers and bollards.
