Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work Statement: Hoboken SW Resiliency Park Expansion, Block 10 is a 0.803-acre (35,000 SF) park that serves as an expansion to the existing Southwest Resiliency Park, located immediately east of the project site across Harrison Street. The park provides active recreational facilities while detaining 260,000 gallons of stormwater. The park has an extensive underground storage system and green infrastructure features such as rain gardens and permeable pavers to alleviate nearby flooding. Recreational amenities include pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, splash pad, bathrooms, lighting, seating, shade structures, signage, drinking fountains, and bike racks.
