Specifications include, but are not limited to: COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR INNOVATION GRANT FOR PROVIDING SOBER LIVING PASS THROUGH PAYMENTS, TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION AND/OR PROGRAM/ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILY MEMBERS AFFECTED BY SOMEONE ELSE’S OPIATE USE; Therapeutic interventions for family members affected by someone else’s opiate use provided at regular interval (can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) or a brief episode i.e. one week of summer camp for youth; Provide Transportation/Coordination for Cumberland County residents in need to getting to/from treatment and/or other recovery support service-related appointments. The contractor shall be required to comply with all reporting requirements of the grant, including completing and providing to Cumberland County Department of Human Services Capital Recovery Center all necessary pre-qualification screening information (template will be provided to contractor upon award) for each client PRIOR to approval/issuance of payment of First Month Rent.
