Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be readily available during Snow Season to provide Snow Plowing Service upon receipt of Call-out notice from the District. Call-out will be made, when in the opinion of the Contract Administrator, the entire District requires plowing. Call-out will also be made when the identified East Orange Board of Education properties have snow accumulations in excess of three (3) inches. The Contractor shall not report without first receiving a Call-out from the District. The Contractor shall be required to provide a list of phone numbers and/or pager numbers that may be called at any time 24-hours a day seven (7) days per week to be used for Call-out(s). The Contractor shall be required to report to the District within one (1) hour of notification.
