Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be responsible for providing the following services: A. Snow Plowing B. Snow Hauling 1.2 CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS • The Contractor shall furnish the necessary manpower, equipment, and vehicles to include, but are not limited to plow trucks, graders, loaders, drivers/operators and supervisors as required. • The Contractor shall provide a sufficient number of personnel in order to perform continuous snow plowing services for the duration of the snow events. • The Contractor shall respond to the predetermined assembly location within 60 minutes of notification of a snow event. • Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall commence snow plowing services at three (3) inches of snow accumulation. • The City reserves the right to inspect the Contractor's equipment and facility to ascertain that all equipment is in satisfactory working condition. • The Contractor shall designate a minimum of two emergency contacts, who must be available and accessible during the winter season. • The city will provide the Contractor with contact names and phone numbers of a designated City representatives who will be available during snow events. • No Contractor equipment and material shall be stored on city property unless approved by designated City representative.
