Specifications include, but are not limited to:The County is soliciting bids for all repair parts for the various makes and models of snowplow and spreader equipment listed below. For information purposes only, the County purchased approximately fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) worth of repair parts during the contract year of 2014-2015. The successful bidder(s) are not guaranteed the County will purchase any or all of the snowplow or spreader parts identified. Parts will be purchased through a written purchase order on an as needed basis. Price lists noted on the bid form page will be the only price lists used during the contract period. BIDDERS SHOULD BID ON THE MANUFACTURER’S PARTS PRICE LIST THAT IS LISTED ON BID FORM OR SUPPLY THE MOST RECENT MANUFACTURER’S CATALOG. Bidders must provide discounts based on the manufacturer’s parts price lists noted or supplied, where price lists have not been provided (Items C and D on page 10) bidders must attach a copy of the manufacturer’s catalog(s) with the date of the price list(s) as well as the discount to be provided.
