The Consultant firm(s) shall provide the County of Monmouth on-call professional engineering services in connection with construction inspection and other on-call engineering services necessary to advance various Monmouth County Improvement Projects for the period of twelve (12) months from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Services shall be performed for specific tasks as requested by Monmouth County on an as-needed on-call basis. In the event that an assignment is made prior to the expiration date of the contract and work must extend past that date, the work shall be performed to complete the assignment as long as the contract ceiling is not exceeded. The on-call services in regard to construction inspection will include an on-site Resident Engineer, part-time inspectors to assist the Resident, and office support for Monmouth County projects which will be assigned on an on-call basis. These duties will include, but not be limited to; inspection; quality assurance; supervision of materials testing; preparation of construction reports, payments, and other project documentation. Office support will include shop drawing review and construction consultation in support of the projects to which the Resident and inspector are assigned
