Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a general security presence (foot patrol) in One Port Center and employee parking areas. Provide assistance as required to provide access/information for tenants. Conduct monitored rounds utilizing the tour provided by the Manager. Provide security escorts to tenants parked within the confines of the nearby employee parking areas as defined by the Manager. Prepare Incident Reports for all security breaches, unusual incidents, or hazardous conditions. Provide Property Manager with a completed copy of these reports within two hours. Maintain two-way radio contact with the Security Officer in building lobby. (Radios are furnished by the Property Manager.) Keep Property Manager and Building Engineer informed of security issues and problems. Roving Security Officer will also be utilized during designated concerts and other events at the nearby public venues.
