Specifications include, but are not limited to: ISA seeks vendors to assist the City of Indianapolis/Marion County with thedevelopment, issuance and processing of an RFP for IT Outsourcing Services.The vendor shall gather the detailed business requirements and be available asa source of advice to review and provide comment on the detailed businessrequirements gathered, documents, provide research, develop criteria fordecision-making, and other assignments, as determined by the CIO for ISA.The vendor shall have knowledge in every aspect of an outsourcing contract fromselling and delivering the outsourcing services to local government. It will beimportant for this vendor to understand local government and keep the CIOinformed with up-to-date market trends in outsourcing and best practices in cityand county government
