Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provision of Labor, Tools and Equipment. The Contractor agrees to furnish and pay all necessary expenses for all labor, tools and equipment in connection with the program of street tree planting as designated by the Township. 2. Payment to Other Parties. The Contractor shall not obligate the Township to make any payments to another party, not make any promises or representations to another party for, or in behalf of, the Township without prior written approval of the Director of Recreation, Parks and Community Services or his authorized representative. 3. Description of Work. Specifications must incorporate the most recent street tree care industry standards (e.g. ANSI Z60.1 & A300) for plant material, handling, shipping, street tree planting/transplanting, and maintenance. Majority of planting locations will be street trees between the sidewalk and curb which may involve underground or overhead utilities. The Contractor agrees to mark out planting locations, plant specified street trees, install 8’ of 12” root barriers, install arbor guards/trunk wraps, stake street trees, mulch and clean up all debris
