This Request for Quote (RFQ) N4008525Q0022 is being solicited to Total Small Business Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business or Joint Venture (SDVOSB, SDVOSB JV).
- The Contract Completion Date will be set at: 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
- One Site Visit is scheduled for: 7 August 2025 1000 EDT.

- Contractors may experience delays at the gates when entering and/or exiting the installation. The Government shall not compensate for any such delays. All vehicles are subject to search upon entry, exit and while on the installation. Refusal to comply with a DoD police request to search a vehicle will result in denial of access to the installation and may result in criminal prosecution.
- Service Contract Act WD # 2015-4195, Revision 30, dated 07/08/2025 has been incorporated/attached in this RFQ.
- All terms and conditions from this solicitation shall be included in the awarded contract by reference.
Project Description:
Navy Facilities Engineering Command-MIDLANT (NAVFACT-MIDLANT) On behalf of Naval Weapons Station Earle (NWS-Earle) has a new requirement to Repair/Rebuild Services for Generator at R-22 Pier Side, at Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck, NJ.
The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, accessories and supervision to perform the work required and specified in the statement of work for the repair/rebuild of Caterpillar 3406 Generator. All work shall conform to the safety requirements set forth in the most recent version of the Army Corps of Engineering EM 385-1-1 unless specified otherwise. Electrical work shall be completed by an electrician licensed in the state of New Jersey.
