Funding and Grants: Identify and assist in applying for state and federal grants, or other funding sources available to support redevelopment efforts. Developer Coordination: Act as a liaison between the municipality and private developers to ensure projects are consistent with community goals and regulatory requirements. Financial Analysis: Provide cost-benefit analyses, pro forma analysis, and economic impact studies for proposed redevelopment projects. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all redevelopment activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including the New Jersey Redevelopment and Housing Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.).
