Specifications include, but are not limited to: Main pool 1. Waterblast entire interior finishes (all) off concrete shell. 2. Remove and replace waterline, lap lanes, and target tile. 3. Remove and replace all deck depth markers in coping. 4. Remove and replace all deck coping, caulk deck joint. 5. Remove, save and reinstall existing ladders. 6. Remove, replace and reset railings and cup anchors. Patch lower anchor areas. 7. Chip / rout out and patch cracks and spalled areas. 8. Remove and reinstall existing main drain covers. 9. Rake out, power wash and pack interior expansion joint. Retile. 10. Measure and record depths at plummet and forward at all three diving boards. 11. Replace diving boards as unit cost based on dimensions reported. 12. Replace skimmers as unit price based on conditions found after coping removed. 13. Replace all DE filter leave covers, reset fill line into filter tank. 14. Cover and winterize, start up in spring. Spraygound 1. Waterblast all plaster and tile. Replaster and replace tile band. 2. Remove and replace floor inlets. Chip out and repair to 12” radius. 3. Remove and replace trench drain, connect to existing main drains. 4. Repair return line and pressure test. 5. Winterize and start up in spring.
