RECREATION CENTER PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II The project includes the resurfacing of the existing small parking lot at the Recreation Center as well as the full length of Recreation Way to Wyncrest Road. The project will also include installation of LED site lighting on the small and large recreation center parking lots as well as along the length of Recreation Way. The lighting installation will include new foundations, conduit, and wiring. The parking lot improvements will include, but not be limited to, the milling and surface course paving with base repair where necessary, installation of curbing around the perimeter of the lot, additional sidewalks and ADA curb ramps to improve pedestrian circulation, relocation of the existing ADA parking spaces, signage and striping for crossings, and the widening of Recreation Way to ensure adequate bus and truck turning movements.
