Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Township of West Orange requests bids, for Snow Plowing and Salting within the Township for the period November 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023. At the discretion of the Township the bid may be extended for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 winter seasons. The Township prepared this bid with two options and within those options several sub-options. OPTION 1 Provide snow plowing and salting equipment with operators for roadways in the following areas: Lower Valley Area, Option 1A; in the Heights Area Option 1B; in the Merklin and Kelly Drive Area, Option 1C; in the Oaks, Dogwood, Korwel, Vizcaya, Reserve at Bel Air, Option 1D; Roosevelt Avenue/Lorelei Road to Manger Road, Oldstead, Option 1E; Lower Gregory, Option 1F; St. Cloud Tract, Option 1G; Suburban/Robertson Tract, Option 1H; Seaman/Woodland Tract, Option 1I; Stanford Area, Option 1J; Main Street Dead Ends, including some parking areas, Option 1K; under Municipal Jurisdiction.
