The selected driving school shall provide all necessary resources, instruction, and support to enable participants to successfully obtain their CDL Class A, B, and C Certification. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 3.1 Training Curriculum Comprehensive Instruction: Provide a complete CDL Class A, B, and C training program that meets or exceeds all requirements set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)/Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC). Theory/Classroom Instruction: o Air Brakes o Combination Vehicles o General Knowledge o Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement preparation (optional, specify if required) o Tanker endorsement preparation (optional, specify if required) o Double/Triple Trailers endorsement preparation (optional, specify if required) o Pre-trip inspection procedures o Hours of Service (HOS) regulations o Logbook and record-keeping
