The concession area to be contracted shall be of the type which will make available for sale: hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, snacks, salads, beverages, ice cream, etc. A. Approval of the Parks & Recreation Department must be obtained before a sign, display, advertisement is used on the premises. Signage is not permitted outside of the pool facility. B. All food/beverage served from the concession must be served on disposable heavy-duty paper products. Styrofoam or plastic cups, plates, bowls, serving trays, etc. may not be used in the serving of food and beverage items. C. Concessionaire is required to use wrapper less straws to cut down on litter.
