The Passaic Board of Education is seeking one (1) vendor to provide gasoline and diesel fuel for all Passaic Board of Education district vehicles (Food Services, Facilities, and Band) on an as needed basis. Vendor must be located within the city limits of Passaic (07055) or within a two (2) mile radius outside of the city limits. Vehicles will be brought to the awarded station for fueling. Gasoline and diesel fuel must be available for all twelve (12) months of the year, and station must be available for filling between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel must be of the grade and quality now regularly manufactured for gas/diesel-powered medium and heavy duty trucks. The regular unleaded gasoline should have a minimum octane rating of eighty-seven (87). Diesel fuel should be winterized as needed to maintain winter starts and running at -5 degrees Fahrenheit. The cost per gallon must include necessary additives. All unleaded gas/diesel fuel must meet the specification requirements of the United States Department of Commerce.
