Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Monmouth County Park System wishes to solicit proposals for professional services to provide a broad range of occupational health examinations and other medical required testing services. It is the intent of these specifications to secure a vendor established and capable of providing the following services for the Monmouth County Park System. A. All complete physical examinations, including post offers, pre-employment, police academy physicals, and return to work/fitness for duty physicals, shall only be performed by a board certified physician. B. All other individual medical tests, screening or examinations may be performed by an appropriate healthcare provider with final review and assessment completed by a board certified physician. C. Vendor Qualifications: 1. The vendor should have substantial experience in providing a broad range of occupational health related services for a large scale business entity. Please provide with the proposal a minimum of 3 references. 2. The board certified physician should have substantial experience in occupational health services. Please provide a copy of each physician’s resume with the proposal.
