Providing As-Needed General Environmental Consulting Services when requested by the County of Cumberland. Respondents shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing full environmental services. Respondents shall have a least one (1) Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) on staff. The successful firm/individual shall either provide or retain sub-consultants at their own expense for the technical assistance necessary to provide the following work/services/responsibilities: Prepare and submit applications to the State of New Jersey for grant funds Conduct and complete Preliminary Assessments (PA) Conduct and complete Site Investigations (SI) Complete and submit PA/SI Reports Conduct and complete Phase I Site Assessments Conduct and complete Phase II Site Assessments Complete and submit Phase I/II Reports of Findings Conduct and complete Remedial Investigations (RI) Identify and seek funding, grant and/or other, for Remedial Action (RA) Oversee and complete Remedial Action (RA) to gain No Further Action Required designations. Review State and Federal Environmental Records Locate and review local records sources, historical sources and physical setting sources Conduct title and Superior Court searches Identify air, asbestos, lead paint, PCB, concrete, mold issues Secure photos, maps and aerial reviews Meet with County officials when required Advise the County regarding environmental issues Work with other County professionals and County Officials when required Attend various meetings when required by the County Provide air monitoring services Provide lab testing services for air samples
