Scales are to be maintained on a regular basis and repaired "as needed", as requested and approved in advance by the Authority. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, parts and material necessary to calibrate, maintain, repair and test each scale as listed below. In addition, the Contractor shall: 1. On a quarterly basis, provide a qualified field technician to calibrate and certify the five (5) scales identified below. 2. Sanitary Landfill - Inbound Scale - 70 x 10 Emery Winslow H85- 10070-10SD - installed 4/2014 Sanitary Landfill - Outbound Scale - 70 x 10 Emery Winslow H85- 10070-10SD - installed 4/2014 Sanitary Landfill - Back Scale - 60 x 10 Toledo 7530 162V809RK - installed 5/1984 Transfer Station - First Scale - 60 x 10 Fairbanks PLT-6010-A08-SP - installed 3/2005 Transfer Station - Second Scale - 70 x 10 Emery Winslow H85- 10070-11SD - installed 5/2018 Perform calibrations, preventative maintenance, cleaning, inspections, repair and test of all scales, "as needed", in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction, specifications and maintenance standards for each scale in accordance with the State's Superintendent of Weights and Measures. The existing indicators are listed in Section 4.0. Replacement indicators bid must be able to work with the Authority's scales and must either be the existing models or approved equivalent.
