The County of Camden seeks a qualified provider to deliver Professional Municipal Court Substance Abuse Advocate Services within select municipalities across Camden County. Program Overview: Project SAVE is a court-based early intervention program that embeds Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADCs) directly within municipal courts to identify, engage, and refer individuals with substance use concerns. These SAVE Advocates provide non-violent municipal offenders with voluntary access to treatment, recovery supports, and wrapround services – regardless of ability to pay. By addressing the underlying causes of substance use, Project SAVE aims to reduce recidivism, improve treatment access, and strengthen collaboration between the justice and behavioral health systems.
