The work shall consist of providing consulting Planning Services with respect to the implementation of suggested revisions to the Township Zoning Regulations and review of specific study areas as set forth in the Periodic Master Plan Re-examination Report and consulting on an as-needed basis regarding proposed redevelopment or development projects. Services shall include, but not be limited to the investigation of various areas as identified in the Periodic Master Plan Re-examination Report and the preparation of appropriate planning reports regarding same. In addition, the Planner will provide review recommendations and reports related to proposed development and re-development projects and assist the Township in revising various development regulations. Proposals will be evaluated by the Township of North Bergen on the basis of the most advantageous, price and other factors considered.
