Medical services include, but are not limited to, the following: Pre-Employment Physical Examination/Medical History Mantoux Test Drug Screening (Collection Only) Alcohol Screening (Collection Only) Electrocardiogram Blood Chemical Analysis Urinalysis CDL – Breathalyser (24/7 pursuant to federal policy) CDL - Urine Collection Drug Screen (24/7 pursuant to federal policy) Stress Test Blood Testing for Acetycholinesterase testing levels Hearing Tests Evaluate “form fitted mask” questionnaire and perform pulmonary test and physical if required pursuant to PEOSHA regulations. Vision Testing Key Functional Assessment Training including but not limited to: Job Placement Assessment Job Analysis In-Service Instruction Provider must have facilities located conveniently throughout Ocean County.
