A. Services for the Division of Engineering to include, but not limited to: Issuance of permits Planning and designing capital improvements for public buildings, roads, parks, and recreational facilities Providing engineering services in technical and administrative areas such as municipal budgeting, traffic engineering, pavement management, stormwater management, water system operations, municipal land use, infrastructure maintenance, data management, personnel practices, and any other matter as directed by the City Collaborate with the Department of Public Works in facilitating road and stormwater management Advice to City Departments and Divisions Design and inspection of in-house projects Interface with outside agencies Minimum 4 days/week All General Municipal Engineering Services A. Scope of Services: Office hours to be in the Engineering office or in the field Weekly hours – 30 hours per week except for legal holidays, 5 days/week, 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM as scheduled by the Business Administrator Period January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. P.E. license holder to execute all necessary documents Emergency hours as determined by the City outside of regular business hours
