The Proposer will develop a customized Professional Development Services plan to meet the specific needs of East Orange School District for the 2025-2026 school year. Services will be provided for eligible certificated/noncertificated staff members who work directly with students and or staff members who support students and instruction in the class room. The East Orange School District is seeking to provide administrators, teachers, and paraprofessionals with ongoing and sustained Professional Development Services to make a shift and rethink classroom instruction based on today’s students. The Professional Development Services should include options for content development and mastery as well as training and coaching that engages the faculty in exploring and utilizing a variety of instructional strategies, including those relating to a variety of diverse learning needs inclusive of multilingual strategies as well as social emotional supports.
