Essex County Commissioners is seeking proposals from production agencies for the provision and production of entertainment and cultural services for the 2025 special events calendar. • The proposal must include all related costs, i.e., air and ground transportation, back-line equipment, sound equipment, sound engineer, out of pocket costs, etc. • The proposal must be innovative, creative and include performers of high artistic quality and with name recognition in the region. Respondents must provide a catalog or list of artists available for bookings. • The proposal must include attractions that appeal to the diverse population of Essex County. • Essex County will provide staff to set up and dismantle an elevated portable stage 34’L x 27’W that is lit and wired for sound, lighting, tents and security at no cost to the production agency. • Refreshments will only include cold water. Any performing act selling memorabilia/merchandise (shirts, CD’s, picture, etc.) will be charged a $50 fee.
