Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Brunswick Parking Authority wishes to contract Licensed Plumbing Contractors to service and make repairs on an on-call basis in accordance with the specifications contained in this bid document. This contract is New Brunswick Parking Authority Facilities and Buildings and shall include but not be limited to buildings, recreation/outdoor facilities.; The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and supplies necessary to complete all plumbing repairs and service on an as needed basis. This service and repair may include but be limited to installation of plumbing fixtures, drain piping, water valves, water piping, winterizing facilities, toilet repairs, and urinal repairs. Additionally, included is replacement or repair service of any and all components that are associated with water or sewer within city facilities. This work may be in confined spaces and all work shall be fully guaranteed. Any work performed shall be scheduled in advance and approved by the NBPA.
