Police Records Office - First Floor 1. Complete demolition and proper disposal of the removal of approximately 1,870 square feet of carpeting and approximately 305 linear feet of vinyl wall base. 2. Patch and paint the existing walls as necessary due to damage while removing vinyl wall base. 3. Preparation of existing concrete flooring for installation of approximately 1,870 square feet of 24” x 24” carpet tiles and 305 linear feet of vinyl wall base. 4. The contractor is responsible for shifting existing furniture to accommodate the removal, preparation work, and installation of carpet tiles. Administration and Detective Bureau Offices - Second Floor 1. Complete demolition and proper disposal to remove approximately 4,500 square feet of carpeting and approximately 870 linear feet of vinyl wall base. 2. Complete demolition and proper disposal required to remove approximately 17 linear feet of existing partition wall. 3. Complete demolition and proper disposal required to remove three (3) existing doors with transom panel, framing and hardware. Hardware and door closures are to be salvaged and returned to the owner. 4. Complete construction required for approximately 55 linear feet of proposed partition wall to be prepped for painting. 5. Complete installation of three (3) hollow metal doors and one (1) hollow metal steel Dutch door with single shelf. All doors are to be primed, painted and installed with proper framing, transom panel and hardware set.
