For the upcoming calendar year it is necessary for the Township of North Brunswick to engage legal, financial, consulting, environmental and engineering professionals and to engage the services of appraisers for tax assessments as an extraordinary unspecifiable service. The Township Planning Board is seeking Respondent(s) that have expertise covering a wide area of activities in the field of municipal engineering. Firms and/or persons responding to this RFP shall be able to demonstrate that they will have the continuing capabilities to perform these services. The services to be provided by the Respondent shall be as follows: Development application review services, including but not limited to, the review of subdivision and site plan applications, correspondence with applicant and applicant's professionals, and preparation of review memorandums, attendance at meeting when applications are discussed, and any other necessary services required to process development applications. Any and all other engineering services that are not related to development applications but are under the direction of the Township Planning Board.
