Summary of Property dimensions, i.e. acreage, building sizes, etc. g. Description of utilities serving the site, i.e. gas, electric, fiber optics h. Zoning, Floor Area Ratio, potential to designate site as an “area in need of redevelopment� or special zoning provisions necessary to support future development
