Specifications include, but are not limited to: Trenton Housing Authority (THA) requests proposals from qualified responders to assist the THA in the development, coordination, and implementation of a Choice Neighborhoods (CN) People Strategy Planning and Implementation (PIE) Lead on the Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant. The PIE and case management program aims to help residents of Donnelly Homes and the North Trenton Battle Monument Neighborhood to achieve self- sufficiency and economic independence, to the greatest extent possible. Through the CN program, THA will establish a case management program that will offer various supportive service options, such as early education and tutoring programs, employment preparation and training, health services, etc. Case management services will include a combination of direct service provision and coordination of, and referral to, services that are targeted to each resident.
