All walls will need to be sanded with orbital pole sander All door frames will need to be sanded and prepped All walls should be spackled and door frames caulked as needed All walls should be primed with Sherwin Williams Extreme Bond Primer and top coated with two coats of Sherwin Williams Scuff Tuff Sherwin Williams 7029 Agreeable Gray or Equivalent All door frames should be primed with Sherwin Williams Extreme Bond Primer and top coated with either Sherwin Williams Scuff Tuff or Sherwin Williams Pre Cat Epoxy latex or Equivalent (Sherwin Williams custom match color code can be provided) All labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete job must be provided by contractor Cleanup of all debris and dust is required to include covering of items (e.g. auditorium seats)
