The County of Cape May is requesting services for Core Benefit Communication and Voluntary Enrollment Solution Company to provide the County with a single source solution for Benefit Communication and Enrollment needs. 1. Dedicated Representative(s). Identify the dedicated representative or team of representatives assigned to this contract and their experience, to include references to similar contracts performed. The designated representative(s) must be accessible and able to assist Cape May County employees with voluntary benefit questions, concerns and challenges throughout the contract term. 2. Enrollment Counselors. Identify the team of enrollment counselors who are appropriately licensed and possess experience and a specialized knowledge in both the “core” benefits provided to Cape May County employees and “voluntary” benefit presentations.
