1. Review of Mr. Mungeam’s Preliminary Bunker Plan. Present recommendations to Park System staff. Develop basemap and concept plans for restoration, reconstruction or elimination of bunkers, fairways, greens and tees. 2. MCPS will review and provide comments on the concept plans. The Selected Consultant will incorporate MCPS comments and develop designs for the bunkers and tees along with interim cost estimates for the work. 3. Based upon the budget, the golf course architect and MCPS staff will determine the bunkers to be renovated during this phase. The golf course architect will proceed with plans and specifications for the work. 4. The Monmouth County Park System will provide boilerplate specifications to be utilized with the technical specifications of the golf course architect. The Park System will advertise, bid, and receive bids for this project.
