1. Monthly Treatment Plant Effluent Analyses to include: a) Total Recoverable Metals on Cadmium, Copper, Chromium, Lead, Nickel, Zinc, Silver on one 24-hour composite sample per month. b) Total Recoverable Mercury collected as a grab sample per month. 2. Monthly Biosolids Analyses performed on a composite sample of cake to include: a) Sludge Quality Assurance Regulation (SQAR) Analyses as listed on N.J.D.E.P. Regulation 7:14c (Attachment –Item #2). b) Oil & Grease c) Petroleum Hydrocarbons 3. Quarterly Priority Pollutant Scan on Influent samples to include (Attachment – Item #3): a) Volatile Organic Compounds (EPA Method 624.1) on one sample of Influent, which is to be composited by the lab from three grab samples. b) Base/Neutral Acid Extractable Compounds (EPA Method 625.1) on one composite sample of influent including screening for 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin. c) Pesticides/PCBs (EPA Method 608.3) on one composite sample of influent. d) Priority Pollutant Metals, Cyanide, and Total Phenols on one composite sample of influent. e) Additional compounds and top 25 Tentatively Identified Compounds (T.I.C.’s).
