The successful Consultant shall provide the County with comprehensive insurance consulting services, which include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Evaluating and providing guidance concerning current or potential third-party administrator’s insurance-related programs, services or recommendations. 2. Reviewing and making recommendations related to insurance provider applications and/ or renewal documents. 3. Gathering all requisite exposure and loss data from the County and its third-party administrators for use in the development of coverage specifications. 4. Preparing and submitting coverage specifications to the County for review and approval. 5. Assisting in the development of bid/proposal specifications and procurement documents. 6. Reviewing all binders, policies and endorsements to assure coverage is as described, with no exclusions or endorsements that are not fully disclosed and approved. 7. Reviewing all proposals received from insurance brokers/carriers for all potential separate lines of coverage (including but not limited to: Fiduciary Liability Insurance, Underground Storage Tank Liability & Cleanup Insurance, Cyber Liability and various NFIP flood insurance policies), and providing a detailed, written recommendation to the County which clearly and concisely states the reasons for the Consultant’s recommendation.
