Serving 6,106 Multilingual Learners across 25 schools, the system must centralize compliance tracking, reclassification, documentation, and progress monitoring. It should provide instructional resources and professional learning to accelerate English language development, close achievement gaps, and support diverse learners, while offering multilingual family communication and coaching to build staff capacity. Scope of Work: ● The successful organization will; ○ Facilitate compliance with state and federal requirements for Multilingual Learners, including documentation, reclassification, and progress monitoring. ○ Centralize Bilingual/ESL program management functions, streamlining data collection, reporting, and integration with existing student information systems.Deliver professional learning to build educator capacity, including embedded instructional support and access to researchbased strategies. ○ Provide communication tools that generate multilingual reports and progress updates for families. ○ Enable real-time data tracking to support decision-making and accelerate English language development and academic growth for all Multilingual Learners.
